Q: I cannot start the timing, the START button is not responding!
A: K2 requires a HASP hardware protection key. It is a small black USB adaptor. Make sure the adaptor is connected BEFORE starting the program. You can also download the latest HASP drivers in our download section.

Q: Does K2 support Windows VISTA ?
A: Yes. K2 is compatible with Windows 2000, XP and Vista

Q: I cannot connect to my decoder via the ethernet cable
A: Download our technical article in the download section, it contains detailed instructions on how to use the ethernet port.

Q: Can I run K2 on more than one computer ?
A: Yes. You can run K2 on multiple computers. However the HASP hardware key is required to perform the actual timing. If you want to run more than one timing computer contact us to order more HASP keys.

Q: Can I export live timing with K2 ?
A: Yes. K2 supports live export of results during the event via LAN or FTP connections and can create the results in HTML or XML format.
